We learned all about what makes a good friend during Friendship Week. We spoke about the importance of kindness and treating each other with respect. We did an activity called musical friends where we gave eachother compliments. The children did some collaborative art in groups of 4 to create some gorgeous landscape drawings. We also made a class friendship chain. On Wednesday we visited senior infants and read some stories to the younger children. Congratulations to Joel for winning the Poetry Competition with his fantastic poem about friendship.
