Eleanor & Owen’s OWLS Visit

Last week, both 2nd Classes had their second visit this year from OWLS. 

OWLS is a “Children’s Nature Charity based in Dublin” and have previously delivered workshops for classes in our school.  

The topic of our most recent workshop was all about birds! 

We spent time learning about different birds, learning how to identify birds and exploring the skill of identifying birds through their song. 

We ended our workshop with a ‘Guess the bird challenge’ which was a lot of fun.
