Today’s Indian buffet was a huge success in Second Class. Our taste buds were certainly on fire at times but everyone found their favourite foods in the end! From naan to curries, bhajis, samosas, fiery chickpeas and crispy popadoms with dips. We were also spoiled with the sweeter treats of mango drops, butter biscuits, jalabi and gulab jamun! Majority of the children enjoyed the Indian spiced cardamon tea but if not we had guava and mango juice on hand!
