Culture Week in Jennie's class- Trinidad and Tobago
Jennie's Junior Infants learned a lot about Trinidad and Tobago this week. We learned about their weather, their native animals, their national anthem and flag. We made lots of beautiful artwork. We coloured in pictures of their national bird the scarlet ibis, finger-painted, and drew some of their beautiful beaches as group work. We even tried two of the fruits that are grown on the islands- mango and watermelon. We had so much fun!
